The Royal Suite at Dragon Villas - Superking Studio with feature freestanding bath

Stressful Positive: The property itself was in a fab location, it was beautiful inside and clean I have nothing bad to say about the building or the upkeep Negative: I took my 7 year old daughter away for the night as a get away from a busy house, we was then bombarded by some other guests which was grown men (which at the time I didn’t realise) who didn’t finish the booking ( you have to pay a deposit to get codes for doors etc which it doesn’t state while booking) knocking on the door very aggressively and then came to the window and started to bang on the window , which resulted in my having a knife next to the bed and putting a table next to the door. And I had no sleep and my daughter is still traumatised. The staff thought a poxy 25% back would make the whole Situation ok which I think is actually appalling and I’m very upset still with the whole situation

Would recommend the accommodation and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again. Positive: The room was finished to a very high standard. The bed was huge and really comfortable. Negative: We thought the room was lacking in a couple of chairs that you could relax in and a couple of expresso cups would be handy for the coffee machine.

Excellent Positive: The location, the parking, the room, the facilities everything was perfect and the bed was so comfy. Would highly recommend this property and would definitely stay again. Negative: N/a

Apart from being confused out to use the hob, take the lock off it everything else was amazing the most comfortable bed Positive: The box in the room was amazing Negative: The oven and hob was a bit confusing. How to use with no instructions. Maybe you should have some instructions in the room would make it a lot easier to use.
